Turkey is becoming a more preferred country for incentive
groups and meetings in recent years. As a result of this each
year the number of touristic establishments which are devoted
to big gropes and incentive services are getting increased.
There are many places and organizations which are suitable
for interesting events, gala dinners and award's ceremonies.
On this page some of these organizations and events are presented.
Hospitality Desk
The hospitality desk will be located in a convenient place in
the hotel, of easy access by guests, in general in the lobby.
Depending on the choice of hotel and the functions therein,
it may also be in another location where guests will feel more
comfortable with a leisurely area.
The desk hours will be set according to the program, usually
before tour departure times and at return hours. Whenever
day-time activities are inside the hotel, the desk will remain
open; also in case of optional participation to outdoor activities,
an English-speaking employee will stay on duty during fixed
hours.
The desk will have a telephone line connected both to the
in-house system and local calls and an information board with
the day's activities.
The desk staff will assist with following services:
Upon arrival at the hotel, the room keys will be handed out
from the desk;
They will keep a record of the rooming-list with eventual
changes;
General information about the city, details of sightseeing
tours, explanations about theme parties will be provided;
If applicable, dine-around registrations will be kept;
Personal requests (dining, sightseeing, health, shopping...)
will be handled;
Questions regarding the hotel's services will be assisted.
The presence of a Desk Representative from the organizing
company is left to your discretion; in any case, Tantur's
Desk staff will ensure that good communication is ensured
between the guests and the travel executives.
VIP Services
The special service that can be provided for VIP
guests comprises:
Limousine for transfers and tours;
Private guide or accompanying person;
Room up-grade at hotels;
Special gift in room;
Private dining, or special table assignment;
Helicopter service (average capacity 6 persons per aircraft).
